1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using Goupilo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is designed for anesthesiologists, CRNAs, healthcare facilities, and staffing agencies seeking to connect for employment opportunities.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements to use our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Job Postings & Prohibited Content

Job postings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited content includes:

  • Misleading job descriptions or requirements
  • Credential misrepresentation or license evasion schemes
  • Requests for illegal or unethical practices
  • Scraping or unauthorized data collection
  • Discriminatory hiring practices

We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms.

4. Application Flow & No Employment Guarantee

Goupilo facilitates connections between job seekers and employers but is not a party to any employment relationship. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment offers.

All hiring decisions, compensation negotiations, and employment terms are between the candidate and employer.

5. Employer/Agency Responsibilities

Employers and staffing agencies must:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable licensure and credentialing requirements
  • Provide fair and non-discriminatory hiring practices
  • Accurately represent compensation, benefits, and job requirements
  • Promptly withdraw or update filled positions
  • Maintain appropriate professional standards in all communications

6. Candidate Responsibilities

Job seekers must:

  • Provide accurate and current professional credentials
  • Maintain valid licenses and DEA registrations where applicable
  • Understand that background checks and credential verification are handled by employers
  • Respond professionally to employer communications
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the application process

7. Payments & Refunds

Job posting fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. We do not offer auto-renewal services at this time.

All fees are charged in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Goupilo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Goupilo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Acceptable Use & Rate Limits

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our services
  • Harvest or collect user data without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Conduct security testing without written consent
  • Exceed reasonable rate limits for API usage

10. Privacy Reference

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

11. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Goupilo provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goupilo from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, USA.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
